I have just got my laptop back after 5 days. The problem was it had a virus stopping it from doing anything other than log in to Windows. After trawling the internet I decided to give HCS a call. Rob was very friendly, helpful and very down to earth when he explained what work needed doing. He came to my house to collect the laptop, took it away and then delivered it back. I am amazed at what he has done. I have never known my laptop to be so fast. Thanks to him. I would recommend him to anyone and would be the first person I call when I have another problem.
